VESLOCKR / TERMS & CONDITIONS

Clear terms. Deliberate commitments.

The conditions, responsibilities and limitations that apply when using the VesLockr interface.

Version 1 · Updated 24 September 2026Documentation

Scope & use of the interface

These terms describe the conditions for using the VesLockr website and interface. Read them together with the Documentation before connecting a wallet or submitting a transaction. If you do not agree with these conditions, do not use the interface to create or interact with schedules.

VesLockr provides tools to interact with token lock, vesting and related smart contracts. Access to an interface does not create a deposit account, investment-management relationship or promise of a return. Product availability may depend on deployed contracts and network access.

02 /

Eligibility & responsibility

You must have legal capacity and any authority necessary to act for the wallet, project or organization you represent. Use the service only where and as permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for assessing obligations relating to your tokens, distributions, recipients, taxes and disclosures.

You must not use the interface for fraud, theft, unauthorized transfers, deceptive token promotions or other unlawful activity, or attempt to compromise the service or other users. Do not present a VesLockr lock or card as an endorsement, audit, regulatory approval or guarantee of token value.

03 /

Wallets & transaction authorization

You control your wallet and its signing permissions. VesLockr does not need your private key or seed phrase. You are responsible for securing credentials, checking the network and reviewing token addresses, amounts, beneficiaries, timestamps, allowances and fees before signing.

An ERC-20 approval authorizes a contract to transfer tokens within that allowance; it is separate from creating a schedule. Read wallet prompts carefully. Simulations and estimates are informational and do not guarantee execution or confirmation.

04 /

Irrevocable commitments

A successful creation transaction funds the allocation and fixes its beneficiary and release terms onchain. V1 schedules cannot be canceled or edited, and there is no administrator withdrawal or upgrade mechanism to recover an allocation early. The beneficiary receives tokens according to the deployed contract’s rules.

Errors in a beneficiary, token address, amount or release date may be irreversible. Losing access to a beneficiary wallet does not give the creator a right or technical ability to recover its allocation. Changes to this website or these terms do not modify an existing onchain schedule.

05 /

Platform fees & network charges

The current platform fee is 0.001 ETH per vesting schedule and 0.001 ETH per vesting airdrop campaign. Batch vesting charges per separate schedule. Token locks and claims have no platform fee. Network gas is additional. The fee documentation and transaction review explain the distinction.

Inspect the actual contract fee and your wallet’s transaction details before signing. ETH-denominated fees are not a fixed USD price. Gas can be charged for unsuccessful transactions and is controlled by the network. The contracts do not provide a cancellation or automatic refund mechanism for completed schedule-creation fees. Nothing in these terms excludes a refund or remedy required by applicable law.

06 /

Risks & no investment advice

Tokens can lose all value. Smart-contract defects, token behavior, wallet compromise, network disruption, reorganization, RPC errors and third-party failures can cause delay or loss. A token lock establishes release restrictions; it does not establish the legitimacy, liquidity, value or safety of a token or project.

VesLockr’s contracts have not received an independent security audit. Internal tests and explorer source verification are not guarantees. Information, projections, token listings and cards are provided to help inspect commitments and are not investment, tax or legal advice. Obtain qualified advice where needed.

07 /

Third-party data & availability

The interface relies on wallets, RPC providers, indexers, explorers and other third-party infrastructure. Token names and logos may be missing, misleading or out of date. Discovery and history may cover limited ranges. Always check the chain and token contract address.

Cards and social previews are snapshots and may be cached. Onchain contract state determines claim rights. The website may be changed, interrupted or unavailable; continued hosting, uninterrupted access and error-free information are not guaranteed. Website availability does not change immutable onchain terms.

08 /

Public records & browser storage

Blockchain addresses, transactions, beneficiary addresses, allocations, timestamps and labels submitted onchain are public. Public schedule links and downloaded cards can be copied and shared by others. Do not submit confidential or personal information in public labels.

The interface uses browser storage for features such as drafts, preferences and recovery records. Wallets and infrastructure providers may receive technical information required to handle your requests. This section describes product behavior and is not a comprehensive privacy notice or a promise that no data is processed.

09 /

Service limitations & legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the interface is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without promises of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or a financial outcome. You remain responsible for your choices and authorizations.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, consumer protections or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms do not appoint an arbitrator, specify an exclusive court or waive mandatory legal rights.

Updates to these terms

The version and revision date appear at the top of this page. Review the current terms before future use. Revised website terms do not retroactively change funded schedules, token ownership or rights that applicable law protects.

For product behavior and troubleshooting, read the Documentation. Only sign a transaction when you understand its onchain effect.
